Juan, the supervisor advised he was unable to view my account and assist with a payout. I’ve had multiple issues with this betting site but Juan was very unprofessional and unpleasant. It hearts my heart as I’m a habitual gambler and I get treated this way when my host is unavailable. He even hung up on me. I have been trying to withdraw since the 13th. The withdrawal has been rejected 5 times. Someone on live chat said it was because of withdrawal queues. They have emailed support and I'm still waiting. The latest withdrawal attempt is still pending. I have emailed support personally twice but no response.I'm beginning to think I have fallen prey of their scandalous activities.
